Use the Service Responsibly

DEX VAX Mail Emulator is a small, experimental email service. You may not use it in a way that harms other people, degrades the service, or creates legal, security, or abuse risk.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use the service for:

• Spam, unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, or credential collection.
• Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, or abusive messages.
• Malware, exploit delivery, bot activity, or attempts to access systems without permission.
• Illegal content, illegal transactions, or activity that violates applicable law.
• Automated signup abuse, scraping, rate-limit evasion, or attempts to disrupt service operation.

Enforcement

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or access without prior notice when we believe there is a violation of this policy, a threat to the service, abuse of other users, legal risk, or suspicious activity requiring immediate action.

Content and Data

Enforcement may include blocking messages, disabling external mail, deleting abusive accounts or content, preserving information needed to investigate abuse, or reporting activity where legally required.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves or as abuse patterns change. Continued use of the service means you accept the current policy.
